Sandy Powell, whose works include “Gangs of New York,” “Shutter Island” and “Shakespeare in Love,” took the Lacoste Career Achievement Award and complimented Blunt on “working the corset” in their recent collaboration “The Young Victoria.”
Representing television, “Glee” gals Jayma Mays and Jessalyn Glisig turned out as well, in support of their winning designer, Lou Eyrich.
